- 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email our customer support team at support@ezlynkdiesel.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Our team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 business day.
- Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
